Withdrawal

Withdrawal and Returns

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period begins on the day you, or a person designated by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods. If one order is delivered in several parcels, the period begins when the last parcel is received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear statement of your decision to:

ALPER BERKANT APTULA
Email: info@alpibe.com

You can use the sample form below, but you do not have to. Sending your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period ends is sufficient.

Effects of withdrawal

We will refund payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Extra costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refunded.

We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you sent them back, whichever happens first. The refund will be made using the original payment method unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Please send the goods back within 14 days after telling us that you wish to withdraw. Send returns to:

[Confirmed return address]

Return shipping costs: [State clearly whether ALPIBE pays these costs or the customer pays them.]

You are responsible only for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.
