Terms of Service

1. Seller

ALPIBE is operated by ALPER BERKANT APTULA. Full contact and address details are available in our Impressum. You can contact us at info@alpibe.com.

2. Products and orders

Product descriptions, prices and available options are shown on the relevant product pages. By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase the items in your cart. We will send you an order confirmation by email. A contract is formed when we accept your order and confirm its dispatch.

If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund any payment received for that item.

3. Prices and payment

The total price, applicable shipping charges and available payment methods are displayed at checkout before you place your order. Payment is processed using the payment methods offered at checkout.

4. Delivery

We deliver to the countries available at checkout. Shipping charges and delivery information are explained on our Shipping page. Products in the same order may arrive in separate parcels.

5. Withdrawal and returns

Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal. The conditions, procedure and return information are set out on our Withdrawal page. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Defective products

If a product arrives damaged or is defective, contact info@alpibe.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Your statutory rights relating to defective goods remain unaffected.

8. Applicable law

German law applies, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the country where you habitually reside.
